Ceramic Braces
Ceramic Braces For Children
Ages 11 & below
The American Association of Orthodontics recommends an orthodontic examination of your child by the age of seven. This is when most children begin growing permanent teeth, and when problems can potentially begin. If your orthodontist recommends braces, ceramic (clear) braces could be a fantastic option.
Ceramic braces are tooth-colored, making them less obvious when compared to metal braces. This makes them a great option for children who are worried about how they will look with braces or have activities that may require a less noticeable option.
Ceramic Braces For Teens
Ages 12-17
The majority of orthodontic patients are teenagers, typically receiving treatment between the ages of 12 and 15. While most teenagers do not like the idea or look of braces at first, there’s no denying that straight teeth can improve both self-esteem and confidence levels. Our 3M Clarity ADVANCED Ceramic Braces are virtually unnoticeable, making them a great esthetic option for teens.
Ceramic Braces For Adults
Ages 18+
With technological advancements in dentistry and orthodontics, more adults than ever are seeking orthodontic treatment. One out of every five orthodontic patients is an adult. Some adults have never gone through braces before, and are looking for a fully comprehensive approach, while others are needing something limited to correct some crowding relapse or to make space for a new restoration such as an implant.
With ceramic braces, you won’t have to worry about your professional or social life being compromised. Instead, you’ll be able to look forward to the beautiful smile that is coming your way in only a matter of months.
