Pat
Office Manager
Pat is Dr. Caroline’s mom and works as the office manager for Caroline Albea Orthodontics. Before joining the team, she taught 6th grade at Rugby Middle School.
Outside the office, Pat loves visiting the beach, spending time with her son in Charlotte, and cheering on the Dallas Cowboys. When it comes to food, you can’t go wrong with her favorites — seafood, Tex-Mex, and BBQ brisket.
Jeanette
Clinical assistant
Jeannette is a dental assistant who joined Caroline Albea Orthodontics in 2025. She is a National Board Certified Dental Assistant and a Certified Orthodontic Assistant.
Originally from Greenville, South Carolina, she moved to Western North Carolina in 2022. Jeannette is bilingual and enjoys traveling, exploring fashion, and trying new things. Her favorite part of orthodontics is seeing new smiles.
Lindsey
Clinical assistant
Lindsey has been part of the Caroline Albea Orthodontics team since 2018. She is both a National Board Certified Dental Assistant and a Certified Orthodontic Assistant.
A Western North Carolina native, Lindsey loves all things fall — especially Halloween — and is an avid snowboarder. She enjoys the hands-on skills involved in orthodontics as well as seeing patients gain confidence as their smiles change.
Shelbie
Clinical assistant
Shelbie is a dental assistant who joined Caroline Albea Orthodontics in 2023. She is a National Board Certified Dental Assistant and a Certified Orthodontic Assistant.
Born and raised in Western North Carolina, Shelbie enjoys baking homemade cookie cakes and watching Grey’s Anatomy. Her favorite thing about orthodontics is watching patients’ confidence and smiles grow over time.
